The LUDES Stiftung is a non-profit foundation based in the Villa Jacobs at Lake Jungfernsee. Its focal point is a landscape garden designed by Peter Joseph Lenné in the 19th century, which was rebuilt by Marianne and Stefan Ludes. Today, the park is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
The foundation’s objective is to expand the existing sculpture park and to include significant contemporary positions. The historical garden thus sets the scene for interdisciplinary exchange between fine art, literature and music. The encounter with the arts is intended to foster incentives for our present and future.
